Provision Of An Emergency Heating System

Data Recovery In Case Of Data Loss
If you’re unable to access data which is stored on the hard drive of your PC or laptop due to hardware damages or destructive virus programs and your data must be secured, the ROLAND Schutzbrief-Versicherung arranges the data recovery.
Pest Control
In case there are pests inside your apartment which must be professionally eliminated, the ROLAND Schutzbrief-Versicherung will organize a specialist company. Pests include roaches of any kind, rats, mice, moths, ants and silverfish.
Childcare In Emergency Cases
If you’re unexpectedly unable to take care of children under the age of 16 who live in your apartment due to an accident, the referral to a hospital or death and if there’s no other insured person available to take care either, the ROLAND Schutzbrief-Versicherung will organize a childcare within the Federal Republic of Germany. The care will – if possible – take place in your apartment – as long as someone – for example a relative – is able to take on the childcare – a period of 48 hours at longest.
Accomodation Of Pets
If you’re unable to take care of your pet due to an accident or the referral to a hospital, the ROLAND Schutzbrief-Versicherung will organize the accomodation of the pet in a boarding establishment for pets or an animal shelter. The accomodation refers to dogs, cats, rabbits, birds and small domestic animals.
Removal Of Wasp’s Nests Or Similar
If there are any active wasp’s, hornet’s or bees‘ nests within the area of your apartment, the ROLAND Schutzbrief-Versicherung will organize a specialist company which will remove the nests and rehouse these animals.
Installation Of A House Emergency Call System
If you’re in the need of a house emergency call system due to a limitation of your physical or mental capability, the ROLAND Schutzbrief-Versicherung will organize the installation of such a system for your apartment.
